International Cuisine I
Cost: $800 (Includes workshop, materials, and certificate)
Subjects to be covered:

Culinary History, Sanitation and Safety, Weights and Measures, Cutting Basic Techniques, Sauces, Rices, Garnishings, Caribbean, Spanish, French, Arab, Oriental, Mexican, Vegetarian, American, Italian Cuisine.


International Cuisine II
Cost: $800 (Includes workshop, materials and certificate)
Subjects to be covered:

Culinary Mathematics, Breakfasts, Desserts, Hors d’oeuvres, Meat Cuts, Fish and Shellfish, Advance International Cuisine.
