Registrar's Office
The Registrar's Office is responsible for the whole registry process, enrollment, drops, and re-admissions. It keeps the files of every one of the students’ academic record, evaluates the academic progress, and establishes the approved credits. It also issues credit transcripts and graduation certifications on petition by the student.

Coordination of practice
The Institution has a practice Coordinator, who offers orientation to the practicing students, according to the requirements of every Program. The Coordinator establishes contact with the hotels, restaurants, and other related companies to coordinate these experiences.
Placement Office
The Placement Office assists students in finding employment related to their field of study. This office guides students to develop basic skills necessary to successfully place them in the competitive world of work. Participation in this program does not mean that the institution guarantees employment to its students and graduates. The office refers students to interviews as vacancies arise in private industry and catering.

Admissions Office
The Admissions Office is intended to guide and provide complete information related to the curriculum of the institution and maintain a tracking system for students so that all may come to the classroom properly oriented and motivated to fulfill their goals.
Admission Requirements:
• Evidence of Resident
• Health Certificate
• Transcript Credit College or University
• Immunizations (if under 21)
• Payment of registration $ 100.00

Student Affairs
Escuela Hotelera de San Juan offers support services with regard to personal, academic, and/or vocational guidance and orientation, through its Student Services Coordinator. If necessary, students are referred to specialized services outside the institution.
